Blueberry Pie (can also use this with blackberries... amazing!) I just adore the way the different leaf and flower cookie cutters were used for this crust. It's just linked back to Martha Stewart's pie recipes and to Pam Anderson's Blue Ribbon Pie Crust. INGREDIENTS All-purpose flour, for dusting Pate Brisee 8 cups (about 4 pints) blueberries, picked over 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 1 large egg yolk 1 tablespoon heavy cream
