Reeses Pieces Fudge Frosting This healthier alternative to store-bought frosting tastes like what you’d get if you melted a Reeses peanut butter cup and slathered it thickly onto the top of a cupcake. Or ate it straight off the spoon. NO corn syrup, NO shortening, NO trans fat – just creamy, dreamy, rich chocolate frosting you can slather on absolutely everything! Ingredients 1/4 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly alternative 4-8 tsp pure maple syrup (click for a sugar-free alternative) 2 tbsp cocoa powder 4 tsp milk of choice, or more for thinner frosting 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract optional: handful of chocolate chips (the "pieces") Yield: Yields almost a 1/2 cup Nutrition Information: Calories: 205 with oil (or 140 without) Fat: 12g with oil (or 2g without) Carbs: 30g Fiber: 6.5g Protein: 5.5g ww points (new system): 6 (or 4 without oil)
